Products delivered using CTT-Portuguese Mail

In order to receive your order in your home or workplace, in the most secure and convenient way all our orders are dispatched using Registered Mail.

If you live in Portugal, the usual transit time is two working days, after order has been shipped. If you live outside Portugal, all orders are sent using TNT International, and transit time in this case depends on the country of destiny. For further information please check site of TNT.

Payment Methods

To pay for your order you can use several methods which may vary according to the information you gave us when you created your account:

For residents in Portugal:

• COD (collect on delivery) - only available if total order is below 500 €
• Payment using credit card (through Pay Pal)
• Payment using bank transfer (T/T)

For residents abroad:

• Payment using credit card (through Pay Pal) 
• Payment using bank transfer (T/T)
